Roeber explained, \u201cThere was a large learning curve, having to navigate the different platforms. A lot of our time was spent trying to get things cleaned up to list products or trying to determine what was wrong with a listing.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>According to Legacy Creek, Rithum\u2019s automated delivery of accurate product data and digital marketing expertise far surpassed other vendors. Soon, Legacy Creek says the company began incorporating more of Rithum\u2019s expertise into their marketplaces strategies. The result? Farrell and Roeber say Rithum has helped them achieve greater ad efficiency, which has positioned AJ Tack leaps and bounds ahead of where the company first started.<\/p>\n<h2>The Results<\/h2>\n<p>With in-house Rithum strategists guiding the way, Roeber and Farrell say they were able to stay nimble and make focused, and make informed business decisions that increased profits, improved ad efficiency, and decreased distractions and manual errors.<\/p>\n<h3>Gains on Google<\/h3>\n<p>Rithum\u2019s team of digital marketing experts helped Legacy Creek set an ambitious goal:\u00a0 to double website conversions year over year. Following the guidance of the managed services team, Legacy Creek reports that it created Google Shopping campaigns in Q4 2021 that focused exclusively on key brands that other retailers weren\u2019t selling during the holiday season. This tactic proved successful, enabling the brand to exceed expectations with a 44% increase year over year in conversions for Q4, according to Legacy Creek.<\/p>\n<p>With more conversions came a bump in revenue, confirms Farrell. Legacy Creek says revenue increased over 85% during the same quarter. And that\u2019s not all.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOne aspect of Rithum Marketplaces that we were really excited about was the repricing technology. Once we put the Repricer in place, we saw results from it almost immediately,\u201d Farrell said.<\/p>\n<h3>ROAS Success on Amazon<\/h3>\n<p>Farrell adds that Legacy Creek products began to capture the Buy Box on Amazon more frequently. The company reports a stellar performance during the critical fourth quarter in 2021 where Legacy Creek\u2019s Amazon Advertising sales jumped 236% YoY, further boosting ROAS by 28% in Q4 and lifting overall sales.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe focus on sales, more effectively spending dollars and getting a higher return for each dollar,\u201d Farrell said.<\/p>\n<p>In 2022, as demand changes, Legacy Creek can automatically respond to the market through Rithum\u2019s repricing technology. All of these successes, according to Legacy Creek, added up to invaluable time- and resource- savings.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWorking with Rithum has freed up our time to concentrate more on getting orders out the door,\u201d Roeber said. \u201cWe\u2019ve been able to expand our independent website \u2014 a complete overhaul and rebranding, which was a big project.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Roeber adds that when things inevitably go wrong \u2014 marketplace requirements change, listing errors pop up \u2014 they have Rithum at their disposal to help troubleshoot and resolve issues and get their products in front of consumers quickly.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRithum, because of its size and scope and partners, is in the know of what\u2019s happening or what\u2019s coming up,\u201d Farrell said.<\/p>\n<p>The Legacy Creek duo says they now direct their energy to critical areas and their plans for growth. Rithum assists Legacy Creek\u2019s efforts on Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and Google with plans to expand audience reach on new channels.<\/p>\n<p>The team\u2019s expansions also include its catalog which will soon shift to more high-end, luxury brands in the furniture, clothing and decor categories. And it\u2019s all thanks to Rithum, says Roeber.
